New Orleans (11/23)

This was the ice cream truck rolling through Austin when we were leaving. Who the fuck is letting their kids buy ice cream out of a conversion van?

This has been on since Chicago.

Tried to get some food and the gps took us to the airport.

We stopped at the first place we saw after we got on the "highway."

Cindy's Hog Wild.

Barbecue was really good.

They probably have some hellacious shindigs here.

This truck in the parking lot had a pretty sweet paint job.

Getting close to New Orleans.

New Orleans.

Phil!

To go cups. Apparently you can drink anywhere you want in the city of New Orleans.

Phil told us some story about how pirates used to fight to the death on this street.

We had to get approval from these guys in the green tuxedos to walk through the gate.

Balcony Bar.

This guy was doing calisthenics in the middle of the bar.

We had to drive around the block at least three times to figure out what was going on here, and I still didn't get a good picture. This guy had his pickup parked on the median, grilling alligator sausages and all kinds of other shit at 3 am. It was one of the best things I've ever seen.
