smoke smoke smoke

Aluminum trash can and hot plate smoker experiment.

Got a chip box and put a grill in. Thats pretty much all there is to it. I also drilled some holes in the lid for ventilation.

Hickory wood for the first attempt.

Seasoned a chicken and threw it in there.

Getting smokey. The metal rod behind the chicken is the temperature gauge, which I mightve broken already.

Almost done.

Done.

Trial run was a success. It was delicious.
